Floral Fantasy

These assorted florals come to us once again from our friend Angie in Devon, England! I have never seen so many gorgeous flowers coming from one place. Angie lives on the coast of Devon. Wow….love it! There are many more flowers that I have that were sent to us by Angie and I will continue to share them and other photos from her and from us in the coming weeks and months.

I tweaked this one a bit to give it a slightly different look than the original

I love the intense color of these

This assortment is my favorite due to the colors and types

Another bright colorful photo. I really love all the types and colors

And finally, who can not love the beauty of a simple rose?

Family of Deer

My friend captured these lovely deer with his iPhone as he was driving by. Photos taken in Marshfield, Wi. Living in a rural area it’s nice to see the wildlife …something I never saw when I lived in a huge city! I personally have seen deer, wild turkey, bald eagle, badger and have heard black bear. We also have at times had reports of bobcat or lynx in the area. For me, a wildlife lover, it’s an extra bonus of living here 🙂

So pretty! One of the perks of rural living is coming upon scenes like these 🙂 Love those white tails!

Looks like something got everyone’s attention here!

It’s Tulip Time!

While it may not quite be tulip time here where I live, it definitely was in Devon, England recently. Our thanks to Angie for the use of her cheerful and colorful tulip photos! I didn’t grow up a fan of tulips but in my later years have come to appreciate their beauty, their early arrival and their different shapes and colors!

Love the little bit of contrasting color on this lone beauty and the contrasting colors of the surrounding flowers

These particular ones are my favorites for shape and color

Our final beauty is so cheerful and colorful as the colors are mixed.

Silos Sunrise

I must admit that I truly LOVE this photo sent to me by my friend. He took this in the Marshfield, Wi. area with his iPhone early one morning. There is something wonderful about the silos against the gorgeous sunrise!

Impressions of a Garden

I always wanted to draw and paint. However the gift was not for me to have. Through the use of free photo editing programs, once in awhile I can ‘create’….perhaps still not what I envision but sometimes something besides the actual photograph. The original photos came to me from my friend Angie in Devon, England who graciously allows me to take her photos and create something out of them. Anyway, hope you like the colors etc 🙂

angie4

I am not a huge art fan but love VanGogh and Monet. When I received these photos I thought of Monet!

I don’t know what these are but they are huge! I would not mind seeing this in person

Pictures in the Clouds

I’m not one who ever looked up at clouds and saw pictures in them. When I saw these photos taken by my friend with his iPhone, I couldn’t help but see things in them. Photos taken in north central Wisconsin

dancingclouds01

When I saw this photo I couldn’t help but think of the movie ‘Fantasia’. For some reason I saw these clouds dancing in the air to music 🙂

eyes-cloud

This is the great storm cloud monster. Halfway up on the right side it appears that there are two sinister eyes looking down from this impressive storm.

featherheartcloud

Last is this gorgeous cloud photo. I see a feathery heart shape. What do you see in these clouds?
